I agree that all 4 things you mention will help move the share price higher. The biggest factor though over the last two years imho has been the effect related to one large purchase in January 2023 for Grest Elm Healthcare LLC along with the associated debt service and higher interest rates. With interest rates starting to drop, the share price should respond quite nicely in the near term and move much higher once again.
