probably dilution.... Think about the underlying value of teuton versus its current share price... There is no need to give the teuton shareholder' treaty creek cut away for pennies on the dollar....The interminable spin out of the luxor group will provide exploraion capital for the spin off company to drill explore or whatever....Dino is sitting in thecat seat and he knows the value of golden triangle real estate is on the ascendant ...
