Boy you are a "probability" guy. Lmao. Probability means nothing to share price only current policy. Current de facto policy of open pit ban is in violation of USMCA. Her ministers of Economy guy just stated he see's no reason to change what's working in USMCA. So the ban will either go away or a court of USMCA will make it go away. I think he's indirectly saying he loves the nearshoring and wants more of it. No conflicts. I read it as very pro-mining. Decide for yourself.
