Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. IN 2018 Oncolytics biotech had
397 patents worldwide including 47 U.S. and 21 Canadian

IN 2024 our latest presentation- Oncolytics has
147 worldwide including 13 U.S. and 7 Canadian

Redundant or not Oncolytics has lost 250 patents in the last 6 years and they still will not say under what circumstances the patents are extendable and even that timeframe has been shorted from 2033 to 2031.
Would it not make sense to just extend them if they could and have that out of the way.
