RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I don't remember reading about THIS? Further, I can't find anything in the Q1 MDA or financials that even mentions the January slide event or operational costs associated to such an event and a $30 million expense would need to be shown somewhere.
The only mention of $30 million that I can find is on page 16 of the MDA that states:
vit_q1_mar24_mda_2024-05-13.pdf (vgcx.com) OPERATING ACTIVITIES During the three months ended March 31, 2024, operating activities, including non-cash working capital changes, provided funding of $30.0 million ($11.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2023). The year over year increase in cash flows from operating activities is primarily due to working capital adjustments. Perhaps this is the $30 million the former employee heard about and associated to the cost for dealing with the January slide? If they spent $30 million on the slide, where are those costs recorded? I'm no accountant but the above looks like it refers to cash flow increase not costs.
