RE:RE:Is management threatening a cease trade?

RE:RE:Is management threatening a cease trade?I am guessing he plans to put the company into bankruptcy, so that he can buy the assets in exchange for the debt owed.

But if the management and the same old crony directors were not friends of his, they could have delt with the debt properly on the same terms as the debentureholders two years ago, or whenever it was. This company would be a viable operation But as I have mentioned ad nausium management is not competant when it comes to running a public company. They run it like a family business where he can do whatever he wants without accountability or oversight. That is the problem.
