RE:ET EL STUDENT...

RE:ET EL STUDENT...Wangotango67,

You are suggesting I not emphasize the failures and lies attributable to Hughes Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes ET AL.
That is not going to happen.
I'll say it loud and often. Hugues Jacquemin ET AL have successfully gone about allowing the fleecing of we targeted NGC "minority" equities investors. The macro pricture simply isn't going to change that fact Wangotango.

You stated "
I think something else is going on with several Quebec graphite junior's. It's not by happenstance several are jv'd with, USA."

Understand that the other Quebec situated graphite bearing lands developing companies and would be graphite miners have been genuinely diligently working towards stated goals and actually successfully achieving such goals.
We know that everybody and their cousins are avoiding Northern Graphite Corporation as thoughit was a plague. Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes ET AL are simply failures incessantly milking dry NGC, achiieving quarter over quarter and exponentially increasing losses whlst depleting what is a nearer to entirely exhausted historical graphite reserve.
I am told by others that the people over at Graphano Energy Ltd want absolutely nothing to do with any proposed working relationship with Northern Graphite Corporation, especially given that Hugues Jacquemin and Greggory Bowes ET AL are seen by Graphano Energy Ltd stakeholders and said company's officers and directors as being habitual failures and a drag on Northern Graphite Corporation.
Like I said, "The Missionaries On Assignment"  here at NGC are recognized for having blown any remote chance at success.

You'll note the Heraeus Group owned "PorocarbTM" candidate product is not yet validated, qualified and necessarily certified by or on behalf of a battery materials manufacturer  and/or a battery cells manufacture and it's automaker partner.
What's more, we all know that Northern Graphite Corporation does not process manufacture battery anode component of any sort and has no technological capabilities nor requisite intellectual properties which could enable the company representatives to actually do so.
I now expect that no battery materials manufacturer nor battery cells manufacturer or automaker has ever seriously spoken with Hugues Jacquemin et al about potentially employing the PorocarbTM candidate product.

You went on to state "
Tip ? Flip your hat around.
Change your thought process.
Begin thinking in terms of how to fix the situation instead of stomping one's feet
or ranting about the negatives.  Sometimes those in power haven't the answers
and sometimes other's who offer ( ideas ) might spark a reaction inwhich propels
the gears in motion
."

The answers and suggestions I could provide would make far too much sense for Hugues Jacquemin ET AL to even consider, not to mention Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes ET AL are intent on incessantly milking dry this personal/professional expenses servicing cash cow.
The lot of them knew full well that this company would simply never achieve net adjusted EBITDA profitability, due to the outsized employment compensation expenses and additional expenditures relating to share based employment compensation bonus RSU awards, etc.
You declared "
No, i'm not invested in NGC, but i do care about the industry as a whole in wich i'm invested in".

You are not invested in NGC and you are asking me to "flip my hat around"?
Are you invested in Noveau Monde Graphite, as I am?

You stated "
if you owned a graphite junior ( not any particular one ), what would you do to fix the current Canadian graphite market ?
Not a quick fix... something lasting, something spectacular.
Now...flip that hat
."

Straight off the top of my head, so to speak, I would have the U.S. Government and the Canadian Government representatives at the highest political office come together in fully funding Nouveau Monde Graphite; then I would have Nouveau Monde Graphite become "levered up" financially by or on behalf of all interested parties, so as to secure the funds with which to go about consolidating the ownership of the most advanced developed graphite bearing lands parcels throughout Canada and the U.S.
That industry wide consolidation will happen quick and develop even more quickly once the process begins in earnest.
There will be victims and Northern Graphite Corporation's graphite bearing lands assets and the assets of other graphite bearing lands development companies may actually have to be purchased out of CCAA proceedings. It's going to get very nasty during the equity ownership consolidation phase, from 2024/2025 to 2027; and yet. the New World Graphite (or in French, Nouveau Monde Graphite) Champion would be one of the only, if not the only, Quebec Canada situated integrated companies to remain standing and getting immensely stronger during the graphite industry "carnage phase".
Were I operating on behalf of Panasonic (and it's partner Tesla), Mitsui and/or GM, I would ensure that the only way any other automotive manufacturers, e.g. Ford, Stelantis, Honda, Toyota, Hundai, etc., would be able to attain immediate and longer term North American battery grade graphite material supply, would be to invest hundreds of millions of dollars each in supporting the New World Graphite Champion successfully achieve each and every one of it's stated strategic business development phase objectives and ultimate goal.

I have more for you to mentally masticate on.
Perhaps later.
