The full sentence is important as it is the first time I've noted strategic partnerships joining techological innovation as part of the QTRH business plan, "Quarterhill is dedicated to its role in transforming the global transportation landscape through technological innovation and strategic partnerships."

I don't expect the dollars cited in this announcement to move the needle significantly, but a well designed network of strategic partners can acelerate footprint expansion for QTRH.
