FIKA is private. You will never ever find out anything about the company's performance, even as shareholders.

D9 Wholesale div? LOL, its a dusty phone in a gently used cubicle where office party catering is laid out.

I know nothing of bankruptcy proceedings.  I suppose another offer is still possible.  But until the moron who drove the company into the ground is gone, I don't think we should hold out a nanoparticle of hope for another offer to come in.   

Just my humble opinion.
