RE:Holdrrrr - the AMF clearly did not allow the financingThey pulled a fast one on the AMF. 

They never announced they were going to do a financing with Research Capital,  they announced they had COMPLETED one.

Less than two weeks after the AMF nixed the first one with Cormark. 

I'm sure the AMF wasn't impressed. 

And I'm sure they remember.
