RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Wise old WarrenR, but do you agree that your speculation that projects may take "years" to complete is unfounded based on....let's not call them "facts"...but communication in every contract news release as to the expectation of "within" a certain timeframe, that is never "years"?

That's part of communication that you thought was missing.
