The development mikestone for Sage is at 90%: Montalva 85% and Cordero 10% in the website. What idoes that mean?

The way to show project milestones is you list all the individual major activities down the left role and across the top you show the years. You can't summarize all this with one dreamt up arbitrarily made up % and no dates! Those % are garbage.
