What's more, the non-binding LOI with Graphex/Graphex Technologies LLC was merely part of the attempt to juice the share price upward, so as to facilitate the raping and pillaging of we intentionally targeted NGC "minority" equities and to allow Imerys SA and that particular investor or investors serviced by that private Cayman Islands registered company to exit their NGC.V positions at much higher share price points than presently.
- The Neograf Solutions LLC scam was yet another instance in which Hugues Jacquemin ET AL quite intentionally sought to ensure that the NGC.V share price would be steadily annihilated. The intentional failure of adequate disclosure, with respect to just about everything having to do with that disgusting Neograf Solutions LLC maneuver, is just another example of just how Hugues Jacquemin ET AL went about lying to we quite intentionally targeted to be raped and pillaged NGC.V "minority" equities investors.
