1. Management's assumptions of future claims

2. Current open claims and their evolution to this point.

For #2, there was disclosure on this a while ago and because open claims at each successive quarter end were increasing, I bailed. Haven't put money in this since.

Until management can give information on #2, they'll use #1 to massage earnings to what they want.

The annual disclosure at least provides additons, payments, etc. but nothing on the actual amount of claims outstanding. Even if some of them are frivolous, it costs money to settle them.
