Strategies to acquire the CompanyIf i had $4m to invest in a co that i would like to acquire i would do what the new
share holder is doing.
I would ask to be on the board of directors.
I would ask to be in a position to add to my holding.
To acquire a mining co the rules specify that the new possible owner needs 66% of the share holders approuval(that do not include the purchaser).
One way to increase the odds of success is to buy the shares of a few large shahe holders.
Maybe Mr Hinse heritors and or Mr Mestralet would be willing to sell at a price of 0.06- 0.08c .
Another way to increase the odds of buying is to have friends buy all available shares at todays prce.
and they would all be in a position to vote for an aquisition.
That would leave small inverstors that acquired shares at 0.04- 06 c a shares in a position to vote
for acquisition.
The result would be that the new investor could acquire Abcourt at a very large discount.
We as old share holders would be in a loosing position.
Yes there is a possibility to sell our shares at 0.08c but is that the final result after 10-20 years of
being a loyal share holder.
