New to the boardHi everyone,
New to the board here. Nice to see somewhat of a community! Bit of a backstory: back in late 2019 I came across this company a few months after having a baby. I became really interested and aquired about 35,000 shares. I didn't know much about investing at the time and when Covid happenned and markets were in freefall, I sold my shares thinking that I could short the market only to have it bounce on the day that I decided to do this. Hence, I missed out on the massive runup to $5.
Investing hasn't been great to me, I put the rest of my savings into a promising biomedical company only to have it go bankrupt. I started to Accumulate shares in BABY again buying when it was in the $1 range and buying on the way down. I have 35,000 shares at a 0.28 cent average. With hard lessons learned I'm hoping that the second time around is better than the first.
I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to: back in 2019, BABY had an investor presentation and it talked about how they have patents on their proprietary formula for an X number of years. Part of me wants to say it was 7 or 8 years. I'm wondering if anyone else remembers seeing what it was?
