RG was NOT in operations

RG was NOT in operationsJust want to highlight a DD distortion. He claimes RG was responsible for NXO operations. This is either a misunderstaning of the role of a BOD chair, or a simple fabrication.

A BOD chair chairs board meetings and is a major public face. But its corporate executives are where all the action is...so the CEO, COO, CFO, CTO etc  and are responsible for implementing what the BOD decides. Major strategic decisions are a BOD responsibility...

A BOD chair will attend high level meetings with clients, suppliers, advisors etc, but has no independent decision making capability

I understand you need to put an NXO face to your blame anyone but me fixation, but RG is not the one to blame for the operational issues and only one board member.
