Some of the comments I see here are relating to bad decisions, bad actors, JM + aquiring resources like a collector with $ the company didn't have?
It seems there are comments posted that apparently this was known from D1 or at least for the last recent years?

Why was the CEO and governing body allowed to just carry on, shareholders have voting rights.
