RE:Letter 22 March Seabridge to EAO Thank you for posting the Evidence for Substantially Started Determination Request.
Very interesting.
However, the aspects that are not mentioned are particularly interesting.
The current LoO for the MTT expires in September. The LoO is important, without a new LoO, no Evidence will be determinated. That's why Rudy emphasis the Sepember in the interview.
There are some tasks associated with this LoO that do not appear in the Evidence. For example, at least 40 holes have to be drilled along the tunnel route to prove that there is no mineralisation.
This is not mentioned at all; apart from tree clearing, not much seems to have happened for the development of the MTT.
Interestingly, in the last quarterly report it was claimed that 50 holes totalling 34,000m were drilled along the MTT.
But why wasn't it mentioned in the Evidence Request???
The topic of MTT is generally treated very neglected. Neither in the presentations nor in the quarterly reports you find any information about it!!
It seems to me that Seabridge has not done its homework here and is now trying to muddle through.
Maybe I'm wrong.
But one thing is clear: Tudor Gold has found gold, silver and copper in the middle of the tunnel route and at higher grades than Seabridge can boast.
I maintain that the ministries cannot ignore this.
