i also asked you where I said Rich was responsible for operations. 

I never said that as you can see. 

I said he was INVOLVED in Operations . 

Why did you change the word Involved to the word responsible ? 

I looked in a Thesaurus and they dont have the same meaning at all ! 

Please clarify why you did that ?
