American Creek Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company, which is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, principally for precious metal deposits. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is located within the Kamloops Mining Division 53 kilometers north-west of the city of Kamloops in south central British Columbia. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is underlain by Devonian to Triassic Harper Ranch formation comprised of fine grade sedimentary rocks including mudstone and shale and includes basaltic volcanics. The Company holds 100% interest in the Austruck-Bonanza Property and 20% interest in the Treaty Creek project.

$206 million is not a lot in the crypto space.  But Cunningham is NOT in the crypto space in any meaningful way.  THey say they are, but: i) they dont own any crypto, ii) they have not issued any crypto, and iii) per the NR, they dont even have any infrustructure to issue crypto yet!!!!!

$206 million isnt a lot for some companies to raise, but it is for those with a billion in "real" assets ie not some fairy tail valuation of imaginary assets.

Im surprised Eric let this happen, but maybe no one gave him a heads up............would be just as surprising....
