RE:RE:Mmmmm...One never knows but at least "they are pleased to announce " take that for what it's worth if they were really bad they would have left that part out ....I would imagine???!!!
the other positive thing is that the major home builders in the US are starting to move to the upside so that indicates that the second half of the year is going to be much better.
in Canada new home starts for April and may we're the strongest in a few years
cautiously optimistic I have been buying the dips consistently over the past month and will keep doing so
the dividend is safe wher else are you going to get 8% a solid company that will rebound in a big way ...we all know there is not enough housing for the people we have here in Canada and more are coming every day.
