RE:RE:went up too fast..Nice run up in the share price. Financing package was well done, but I believe investors got carried away by bidding up the share price (and thus market cap) so high so quickly - too bullish given the current status of the project with contracting and permitting (especially Fed permitting) for the project still ahead of them before the start of the actual mine build.

I'm also waiting for a resolution to a potential permitting issue with Alaskan tribes before making an investment decision. Has the company commented on this issue yet, because it appears it could go to court and may be a coin flip re. what the verdict is, not to mention possible timeline delays...?
