HPQ Silicon Inc V.HPQ

Alternate Symbol(s):  HPQFF

HPQ Silicon Inc. (HPQ) is a Canada-based technology company specializing in green engineering of silica and silicon-based materials. The Company is engaged in developing, with the support of technology partners PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (PyroGenesis) and Novacium SAS, new green processes to make the critical materials needed to reach net zero emissions. Its activities are centered around the three pillars: becoming a green low-cost (Capex and Opex) manufacturer of Fumed Silica using the Fumed Silica Reactor, a proprietary technology owned by HPQ being developed for HPQ by PyroGenesis; becoming a producer of silicon-based anode materials for battery applications with the assistance of Novacium SAS, and Novacium SAS is engaged in developing a low carbon, chemical base on demand and high-pressure autonomous hydrogen production system. The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

2. What exactly are they comparing between the two?

3. Is there electrical data that must be confirmed first with a half cell battery before proceeding to full cell testing?

i do not know the answer to this because i am not in a lab with Novacium engineers asking them direct questions on what the process is.   So if someone states we are ahead of the game because of this i would expect it to be properly explained.  All i did was ask a question if you dont like the question too bad cause this is shreholder money we are talking about here and i for one like to understand what im invested in.   Do i believe HPQ has a future? Sure do otherwise i wouldnt still be here.  So give your head a shake and realize not all questions with a (fudster tone) isnt a fudster question it just may be a question thats a little harder to answer for you.

As I stated before, half cell are used at lab scale to test general reactions of the material.

Why are they used because they are cheaper and faster to make thereby allowing the creation of many alterations of the same general product,

But they have a limitation as it regards the reproduction at larger scale of the results mostly because half cell testing is done with an unlimited quantity of lithium.

Full size batteries have on the other hand a finite of lithium.  That is what results made with full cell batteries are of better quality then half cell results.

Long story short full size batteries are ready for commercial applications while half cell batteries still require to be a able to replicate the same results at full size.
