RE:RE:Insider buying full list ceo.caFurthermore, if you look at the last Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular dated March 8, 2024, it is clearly evident that management and the directors are milking this company dry with performance units, compensation, termination benefits, etc.  There is no logic for such high management compensation given its performance.  That is partly what the analysts don't like.  Allan MacDonald and the other management and directors just get to sit back and get paid no matter how poorly the company does.  Sure, if they beat their metrics, they get paid more, but my point is they still make money if the company loses based on the compensation plan and PSUs in place.  It's not a win-lose situation for them.  Its a win/win some more situation, which is not in shareholder's interest.  And that is why I say the company's management is bloated.
