RE:RE:RE:Montalva shneps, I guess my point is that if GRB shareholders paid $11,970 per acre foot of water rights, just for the OPTION to pay an even more ridiculous price in the future, and that option was only good for ONE YEAR, that would be one of the most outrageously BAD deals I have ever seen in my long tenure as a private investor, bar none.
And I doubt anyone would dispute that.
