Growth Model Portfolio

Increase Tamarack Valley Energy (TVE) to a 2.0% Weighting

Trade Rationale - TVE has been range-bound over the past year, but it has a decent balance sheet and historical growth, and it pays a nice yield of 3.8%. Its free cash flow is high and expanding, and at 3X forward earnings, we feel that any sustained price in oil and gas can help TVE’s share price increase. If the price of oil and gas increase from here, we see TVE as being quite attractive due to its strong margins and cash flow. (5iResearch)
