The DEMS are forcing Biden out even though he doesn't want to leave. Biden slow played cannabis to use as a sweetener to get re-elected. Well now he is done, and has not won many political battles as president..... Cannabis may now get pushed through, comment period may get fast tracked and pushed through with no appeals granted. This maybe the best case scenario cannabis could ever be in. The Democrats stabbed Biden in the back. By Biden Passing Schedual 3 will be his middle finger to the Dems. The political cards have changed very quickly, advantage MSOs ;)
