The hugest red flag for me was the convertable note pricing and specs and that they couldnt even raise money with that. Most generous terms Ive ever seen, which is always a huge concern.
It seems like the tech is real and works and game changing. The reason they failed has to either be "the tech isnt good at scale" or "worst management team in the history of the world".
Time will tell
