Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

Want to know why no party is releasing any documentation on what they have.

Right the LAWYERS are going through all the FAX boxes seeing what the other party may have!

JM & Crew - Sht what's out there that's been documented and can they prove it. We did everthing as requested! Right?

YTG - Were in the poop zone, we like our jobs and this was never supposed to happen, they said it wouldn't! We trusted them!

EMR - Just revoke all the freakin licenses now, where is all the god forsaken documentation on what we approved for the HLP. DID we get boondoggled. Get the HLPF to help! Now!

CONSULTANTS - Did dig dig hard for ALL the paperwork that shows any liability.

ALL - Get all those freakin emails on who said what INCLUDING all those 30 cc'd people on every email. Then we'll find the guy who's responsible for everything! We'll just say "You were cc'd". Been there seen that!

FIRST NATIONS - JM & Crew - We want our territory cleaned up and rightfully so. We see the "solution" crew hard at work dragging hoses agound. Good. Now get the rest of the pregnant ore & solution neutralized and cleaned up. Then BOX it!

SHAREHOLDERS - WE JUST WANT OUR MONI BACK. Sniff

MARKET - Just take the moni ALL of it.
