Update on Vital's Abandoned Saskatoon facility (Miners Ave)

Update on Vital's Abandoned Saskatoon facility (Miners Ave)
There has been no public announcement about anyone taking ownership of this facility on Miners Avenue so far. But what I have found is a link to a canceled project to modify the facility, which suggests Saskatchewan Research Council had ownership in April 2024 (https://sasktenders.ca/content/public/print.aspx?competitionId=0a4cd31c-6fc4-432a-a615-605394a0a472).

Questions:
Why has SRC not made any announcement of this new ownership?
Why would SRC own this facility, when the Canadian government is funding the construction of its Rare Earth facility on 51st Street?
Why did SRC want to modify the Miners Ave facility and then change its mind?
Does SRC even own the Miners Ave facility now?

My contention remains that the Miners Ave Facility would be a good brownfield for Ucore's Canadian SMC (SMC #2).

:)
