As I said, I don't know if they are doing this or not.

As for the market catching on if they are, I will relate a story about ENB which you may or may not know about.  A couple of years ago, there were a few months were there was excessive trading on ENB at the close and huge blocks were being traded.  I must admit that I suspected that perhaps ENB was in play for a possible takeover given the trading patterns.

I called IR a couple of times ansd talked to other knowledgeable people that I trust on the Street about the company and they denied that ENB was in play.  I also looked at the securities reports on ownership to see if there was anything going on - couldn't find anything.  Anyway, as we all know ENB was not taken over but the trading during those few months still remains a mystery to me.

All that to say is that it is quite possible for ENB to make these trades under the radar given past trading history and paranoid people like me analyzing the crumbs.

I for one will be looking carefully at the next Q report if they haven't announced a bought deal in the meantime.
