RE:RE:Bold Prediction.. Being invested in markets for many years, I find the markets are beyond sensible or rational today. Too much manipulation, shorting, agendas, and any other nonsense you can come up with whereby companies like Hiti who continue to build, grow, prosper snd deliver q over q of solid results or regular good news PR news releases get their share prices lowered? And companies that report nonsense or just smokescreen get a rising share price? Give me a break. Markets are truly irrational today no doubt.
Keep in mind too that markets "ALWAYS" revert back to true value or intrinsic value. Just means you have to look foolish for a period of time of longer in the Hiti case. Will the Hiti share price be at these lows forever? Not if value investing is not left for dead and we still do have intelligent life on this planet who can still find gems worth $1 but trading for .40c on the dollar.
No one ever said investing was easy or that one goes from rags to riches overnight did they?
The richest people of this world will all give you the same advise:
" getting to your first million was the hardest part of investing. Getting to your second or subsequent millions was much easier"
Investing is pretty much 30 percent technical (picking the right stock after thorough DD) and 70 percent physiological (sticking with and holding that stock through the up and downs and through thick and thin). All the education in the world produced very smart Harvard and MBA scholars. But many don't have the temperment or emotional intellect to stick with an investment for 1 or a few years. They are conditioned and trained for impulse buy and sells. They are kids who cannot sit still and wait things out. I was trained in these matters. Partner me up with a Harvard graduate who can dissect a company to the penny. Then hand it over to me to wait it out. It's pretty much a guaranteed success story.
As the wisest and smartest investors of my time said:
"You have suffered through the pain now stick around for the gain"
"You make more money by sitting on your rear end"
When you have identified a undervalued stock then just buy it snd leave it alone. The market will figure out what you know today. We are early. My guess is many others will be late and pay for a higher price. Too many ambulance chasers in investing. There are very few sheppards but way too many sheep. Leaders make the big money. Followers get the crumbs.
