2 YEAR CHART OF XREThis rally doesnt really look that noticeable or bullish technically if you zoom out.  Last July XRE had a similar rally, went sideways until Sept 15 and powells talk or tax loss selling gave everything a bath.

Will something like that happen again? Only bad inflation will do the trick in my view, or strong gdp and jobs showing things are rosey again and yields will remain elevated

the election is giving motivation for all parties to flip the narrative now and move away from this scary cost of living crisis that the media got  consumed with

either way, if XRE continues to march a bit higher it will define a breakout.  but hasnt  happened yet
