RE:Al Thorsen - COOWhere do you get the idea that he was fired ? The leadership indicated on the TCF website are 4 individuals, all of whom are Directors of the firm. Our COO ( second in command) reports to the CEO, and is not a Director. 

 Fair to say though that we may expect news this week on work progress and perhaps other important matters too.
