The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. RE:KERP and KEIP Motionsi was mildly suprised..  thats a DOJ Attorney...

inb canada about 10 days ago..  the govt changed the merg and acquisition rules/got this off of my service HBM

there were 6 named mines Hudbay was one..

this DOJ Attorney is attempting to fire everybody out there on an extension request.. 

lets see where this goes...  thats the current SNAFU..

why the extension..  who knows...  i will take a SWAGG//  HBM bids and has to divest the Nevada Mine from the TSX and incorporate in nevada...  ???

what will happen...  ??  its a local juristicon w the reno courts..  the govenords office will B rasing hell down at the country clubbings...  and that law form in NYC is probably prepared for a counter..  if its denied..  it will go 2 arbitration on a 3 or 7 judge panel and are deal with in short order..  the panels send a rather large bill for the service..

i will go w the beagels in NYC...

otw - i think that the meddling point as this sale moves forward..  the nice repose would B for hud to take the mine and hire all of the NCI Crew..  pay the inventives later.

whatever - its not going to stop the sale..  some creature reached ou to the DOJ Attorney..  akin to a thoraic surgen stepping in for an in grown toenail w the podarist...
