RE:RE:RE:DEEP POCKET JV NEEDEDNot a fan whatsover of that choice, and I would vote against it. Stock would end up a part of the ADR in the US (trading on the OTC) which pays a fee and the dividend yield, and only appears to yield 2.11%.
Merck, on the other hand, yields 2.47% and has significantly better opportunity for capital gains in addition to that. In other words, I'd be willing to take a fair bit less for stock swap with MRK.
