Question for Doug

Question for DougHey Doug,

On June 27th you posted,  "It is no secret that USCG and the LME special committee board have been working towards a strategic exit."

Well I think it might be a secret to both USCG and Laurion. The press release from USCG says this:

SAN FRANCISCO, OCTOBER 2023 – US Capital Global is pleased to announce that LAURION Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSX.V: LME and OTC: LMEFF) has engaged US Capital Global as financial advisor for a potential groundbreaking financing initiative.

Laurion's PR fromApril 10th -
This collaboration with US Capital Global was initiated with the primary aim of exploring opportunities and potential transactions that may offer strategic benefits to the Corporation and its stakeholders.

Neither statements appear to me to be about an exit.

Furthermore Laurion's contact at USCG is Lisa Terk, a senior manager at USCG .She works in Equity Solutions not M&A (which is a diffferent department at USCG). Lisa's profile indicates she  "
specializes in cash management and financing for Fintech, Cleantech, Pharma, Biotech, Consumer Retail, Hospitality, Energy & Natural Resources sectors."

You have corrected me and implied I was wrong when I suggested that this negotiation is about a capital injection and not a disposition. You have also stated that you are not part of the negotiations, yet your statement implies very strongly that this about an exit (and i am sure people reading it are taking it way).

I would like to offer you the opportunity to back up your statement, restate it or recant it. As it is it seems disengenuous at best. You are speaking on behalf of Laurion and based on publically released information, I have some concerns.
