RE:Ottawa to spend $67M improving some stretches of NWT highway

RE:Ottawa to spend $67M improving some stretches of NWT highwayThe Tlicho are doing the WhaTi access road improvements, (which is an arm of the tlicho hiway) with a partner....probably underway now and like all gov work in tlicho territory, the gov must negotiate with Tlicho first, failing successful negotiations, then gov can go to public tender.

clearly they will be able to do the access road that we will need ( also with a partner ) .....when we have the money.....and it will also be a negotiation, pretty well the norm if there is work in Tlicho territory.

the tlicho f9nal agreement is a powerful document, nothing escapes it on tlicho lands. We and our future partners can be thankful that we have a relationship with the thlicho .....and so does Rio Tinto

we wait
