Yes, paraphrasing what he said,  (at 31 min. mark of video) BEW trades at 3 - 4 X P/S and it won't be a small micro-cap buying the company for a min. premium but a large company potentially at 40X. 

So even at 10X, that's a 3 bagger from the current share price of sub 50.
