I don't know that anything about this long-term DSO project which may or may not ever happen will really move the market in a significant way. If successful I think the best case is a slow rise over a long period of time, presumably which leads to actual mining operations.
Sed-hosted strikes would make it pop, like last summer which turned out to be a false alarm unfortunately.
But some decent near surface drill results this summer could give it a small bump I think. At least I hope so ;)
