RE:RE:V.PHA absent from the rallyIt's been a double whammy.. Quebec is imploding and solutions staffing margins are 20% compared to pha target of 25. Both his the market by surprise. Guessing it pissed a lot of investors off.. pretty sure this will be dead money for 2 or 3 more quartered.. and hopefully they can show some ebitda.
