I don't think they're ready for dividends just yet but that tool should be available by the end of Q3 once all warrants and debt are off the table.
I'd love to see a whopper special dividend to nuke the shorts but ATH's commitment to debt & NCIB is the best for keeping the company strong and building shareholder value over time. The result of the NCIB's will become very visible once the warrants are gone.
Short position has run 37 +/- 2 million for the last three years. They have definitely been a drag on share price but should dwindle as float starts dropping.
