TUD is governed by BCSC and OSC, not SEC for starters. 

THe rule is insiders must report any trades within 5 CALENDAR days.  So any trades on Mon/Tues would have to be reported by Sat/Sun.

I still doubt there has been any insider trading.   Possibly just less than stellar news leaking an ot.........................lots of people, internal and external, invvolved in the work program.....

To answer your question, Garz.....Insider transactions are legal if the insider makes a trade and reports it to the Securities and Exchange Commission, but insider trading is illegal when the material information is still non-public.
