And he's not aware of anything negative justifying recent price action. Most of old timer shareholder are taking advantage of this unjustified chaos. Good for them!!!

I still think this is tree shaking in advance of the amk buyout. My base case is Cunningham was not able to raise the full amount (let's say 70m$ missing) and will ask for another 2 months extension in exchange of an increase take over price at 0.45$

Time will tell
