"the DOD is considering a MAJOR investment"

"the DOD is considering a MAJOR investment"
Jack says in a new artcle, just released (https://investornews.com/critical-minerals-rare-earths/jack-lifton-cracks-the-us-critical-mineral-policy-code/).

This, follows Jack saying to Pat in his recent interview that "they [DOD] seem to be backing you to the hilt" (https://youtu.be/b_qSy_dM99U?si=c57nzDCg4xgMn13U).

To the hilt? Major investment? Do you think they are talking about some measly $4 million or $10 million grant? Do you think Jack doesn't know the meaning of "to the hilt"?

Let's recap:

**** Lynas got $258 million from DOD for its Texas facility (https://www.reuters.com/markets/commodities/lynas-rare-earths-signs-updated-contract-with-us-govt-texas-facility-2023-07-31/) .

****VAC got $94 million from DOD and a $112 million credit from the IRA (https://www.wistv.com/2024/03/07/e-vac-magnetics-conduct-groundbreaking-ceremony-sumter-county-facility/)

****MP Materials got various grants and credits totaling $103 million
(https://www.mining.com/mp-materials-awarded-58-5-million-tax-credit-for-texas-rare-earth-magnet-factory/)

**** Ucore so far has only gotten $4 million.

And Jack writes that DOD is "considering funding a heavy rare earth separation plant in Louisiana to be built by Ucore as a backup(?) to the Lynas’ facility in Texas."

This is big! We are not talking about some small number here, folks. We are talking about a HUGE number!!!
