In regards to market manipulation, you are dead on, the stock market is a fixed game and retailers are usually on the wrong side of the trade. You can get winners, but many end up losers. Penny stocks are of course the biggest risk due to this manipulation. That being said, the previous management team tanked this and the market reacted. This stock is not manipulated, it is low because the company has gone no where. Was it purposely unsuccessful? Likely. And regulators do nothing, and these guys get away with it. That's the true crime here, not the stock market.
