Lender confidence

Lender confidence I just have to wonder during this current pullback how are lenders viewing the Uranium sector??
With all of the coming demand how will developers be able to go to a bank and get financing??
Seeing the volatility I would think any lender would want VERY FAVOURABLE RATES to incentivize them giving a developer a loan.. Which is why this current downturn will end up costing the utilities more in the future...
All things related to mining have and are continuing to escalate in price,. Labour, materials etc.
With the demand for fuel growing and the world moving towards de carbonization it's only time till the buyers come back to the market..
Usually they get their new budgets in the fall..
So enjoy the ride. Buckle up the sector may get worse before it gets better??
