Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:REIT RALLY LOOKS EXHAUSTED.At the beginning of the day it looked like Gary was right and S&P was going to 6000, and then it looked like TJ was right and S&P was going to 3600, it looked like David Rosenberg was right all those years (only 11 years early) and a market crash was imminent. But now, it looks like Gary might be right again and we're on the cusp of a big rally with reits going to the moon. Maybe TJ looks like a king of kings soon, I'll check the markets in 15 minutes and let you know.
