RE:New PP

RE:New PP

The .18 was a ridiculous attempt to lure investors. Very juvenile and surprising considering how smart Ted thinks he is.

.18/5=.036 cdn per unit. The catch is that each unit is equivalent to 5 common shares and 5 common share purchase warrants exercisable up to 3 years. And the 5 warrants will cost the same .036. A  bonehead idea. Just like paying off Rick and BLH. So stupid!

So Ted received 467,000 units OR 2.335,000 million shares!!!! for his 84k owed to him. Unreal!  And don't forget his warrants. Happy Ted???

Larry gets 3 million options for god knows why, and all these guys keep padding their pockets with shares at ridiculously low prices while the real shareholders,  the ones who kept this company afloat from previous years raises, the ones forgotten obviously, sit and wait wait wait. Did you get your fill yet gents???  Ted?  Manny? Paul? Tony? Get enough yet?  Happy yet?  Can we move forward with growing the company now boys???

I can almost guarantee this pp wont close until September because these guys are greedy. This pp didn't even need to happen. Not at all. It's a shame this company is led by these guys. Greedy SOB's

Very disappointing. How they can live with themselves is beyond me. Con men.

Bad Karma Ted. Bad Karma....
